Referral Plan - AU Club Members

When an AU Club member refers a non-member who purchases a Lot in Phase II Yarbrough Farms, the current AU Club member will get his/her membership dues (up to $125/month) waived for 12 months—a $1500 value for a full AU Club golf member! The new lot owner will receive a FREE Full Golf Membership for 2 YEARS ($4500 initiation fee waived + $3000 in membership dues waived).

*The non-member who purchases a Lot must list one current AU Club member as the referrer on his/her application form at the beginning of the process.

AU Club Member Lot Purchase

Any member who purchases a lot in Phase II Yarbrough Farms will get his/her membership dues (up to 125/month) waived for 3 YEARS (a $4500 value for a full golf member).

Non-Member Lot Purchase

Any non-member who purchases a lot in Phase II Yarbrough Farms will receive a FREE Full Golf Membership for 2 YEARS ($4500 initiation fee waived + $3000 in membership dues waived—a $7500 value). In addition, this membership will be transferable to a new purchaser should the lot owner decide to sell his/her lot (within the duration of the original 24 month time period). This special offer is valid whether or not the non-member was referred by a current AU Club Member.
